Cancellation Policy

Spa appointments must be reserved with a credit card number, or the number on a gift card you may have. Your credit card will not be charged prior to your arrival.

Your credit card will only be charged if you fail to show up for your Spa services without canceling 48 hours prior. The full service(s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointments.
